Stanford Transparent Batteries

scientists are pushing us to a new age, one that popular with . They’re transparent and low-cost, with a mesh-like framework as the battery electrodes and each “line” in the mesh measures no wider than 35microns.

The only problem is that the transparent battery is only about half as powerful as comparably sized lithium-ion counterparts, according to the researchers. Even so, we’re still excited because these transparent batteries will make fully transparent cellphones and other items soon come into reality.
